Account Creation Requirements
- Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, and the related balances may be forfeited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Password & Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 231 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to Support immediately.
- You are advised to change your password regularly.
Prohibited User Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 231 platform:
- Operating an account under someone else's identity or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
- Attempting to hack the system or spreading malware or viruses.
- Abusing bonuses or claiming promotional benefits through dishonest means.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
Payment, Transaction & Account Policy
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
All financial transactions on 231 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Each deposit must meet the applicable minimum amount.
When a withdrawal is requested, 231 will process the necessary verification before releasing funds. If a bonus is active, the associated turnover requirements must be met before withdrawing. Attempting to withdraw without meeting these conditions may result in bonus cancellation.
Account Suspension & Termination Policy
If a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraud, or operates multiple accounts, 231 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account without prior notice. Account balances may not be refunded if the account was closed due to a breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property
